  I have a very bad experience here, go in to apply for a cooking position, get a call ALL in FRENCH (while my resume is in ENGLISH) and when I say that I don't speak French, I got discriminated, as well as humiliated by the manager when they said, "Okay, bye". I call in about three weeks ago to make a complaint, not even a phone call back and when I make another complaint today, I'm told that "only this store requires English and French." I find this place is a waste of time as well as not deserving of my money or effort when Burger King is one of my main restaurants that I prefer to go to on the road.

  Staff dont wanna work...burger was sitting on holding tray for 5 minutes and nobody served me..it wasnt fresh

  Very poor service! The young man that served me was mopping the floor, never wash his hands before taking my order or making the fries. He Was confused with my order. The manager came to help. But honestly EXTREMELY poor managing skills. Not complicated order 4 whoppers meals and 10 piece nuggets. Took them 30 minutes to make everything. The young man even dropped the nuggets everywhere. He was able to pick 9 nuggets that he drop on the side of the fryer some on the counter and another that he was able to save squishing it with his stomach on the side of the counter. I just gave a look to the mager. So she asked him how many he was able to save. 9 out of 10. The young man went to make more. But the manager told him it's ok just give her nine it's gone a be fine. REALLY?!? I've just waited 30 min for my order, when we were the only one in the restaurant (supposed to be a FAST food) to get pops filled half way (by the manager) and we get ripped off on the chicken nuggets. Very disappointed this manager called Celine is supposed to show them the example but non. She was also telling me that the frandchise was newly bought. Not sure if this new owner would appreciate the quality of service that his staff are giving.
